Thank you for your interest in attending the Kenilworth Show 2026. This is where you can apply to book all trade stands, including indoor and outdoor stands, as well as space in our NEW Food Hall. Please note: All catering and bar applications are managed separately. Applications to sell food, drinks, ice creams or alcoholic beverages for consumption on the showground will not be approved through this application. Please complete the short application form below and don't forget to upload the required paperwork. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. Your trade stand will be confirmed once payment is received in full, you will then be issued with entry tickets and a trade stand forward parking pass to print and display in your vehicle. Please note, booking fees apply to all approved applications. We’re developing our social media programme to showcase the people that make our rural community thrive as we build up to this year’s show.
